Get to Know Our Chief Cultivator:
Kirsten Harwood
SHRM-SCP, PMP
Kirsten Harwood is the Founder & Chief Cultivator of CoeurCroft, a consultancy shaped by her diverse 40+ year career across aerospace, commercial construction, commercial printing, engineering, food services, retail, and temporary staffing. Her path has spanned customer relations, business development, strategic project management, and organizational leadership, giving her a heartfelt understanding of what truly enables organizations to flourish.
What sets Kirsten apart is her passion for operating at the intersection of trust, people, and process. Throughout her career, she has been recognized as the “heart” of the organizations she’s served - not because she was the loudest voice in the room, but because she was the steady presence people turned to for clarity, care, and courage. She has built departments from the ground up, nurtured major client relationships through challenging transitions, and led transformations that revealed the profound impact dignity has on business performance. This journey has given her a unique perspective: witnessing firsthand how psychological safety and operational excellence create environments where both human potential and business results reach extraordinary heights.
Kirsten is deeply committed to helping organizations:
- ◆ Bridge the gap between strategy and execution through dignity-centered practices that honor everyone's contributions
- ◆ Create environments where employees feel valued enough to speak their truth without fear
- ◆ Design thoughtful processes that ensure alignment with core values throughout the employee lifecycle
- ◆ Build compassionate leadership capacity that sustains meaningful cultural transformation
Beyond her work, Kirsten’s life is anchored in faith, family, and friendships that bring meaning and joy. She finds balance and renewal through outdoor adventures like tent camping and hiking, creative pursuits such as handcrafting gifts for loved ones, and serving her community at Traders Point. These experiences continually deepen her conviction that dignity isn’t just a business principle, it’s the foundation for how we thrive together in every aspect of life.
